Simple Avocado Dip

This is a really easy avocado dip recipe... with just 3 ingredients. You will have to judge the amounts as it depends on the size of avocado and lemon as to how much you will need. But to make the dip shown below, we used one small (ripe) avocado, the juice of half a lemon and two dessertspoons of ready made (gluten free) mayonnaise.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl... I use a fork for this usually (and this is where it's important the avocado is ripe), but if we are being 'posh' then sous chef J will help out by blending with our Braun Hand Blender.

Having combined all the ingredients in the dip, serve with dippers - we like to use beetroot crisps, carrot sticks, cucumber and apple...... but cheese, GF breadsticks, courgette sticks and crispy streaky bacon also go well.

Simple, tasty and easy to eat... what more could we ask for?!
